Catch up post!

Thursday we went to an anthropology museum and a paleontology museum! We saw all of the clothing and survival materials in the anthropology museum. They had artifacts from Australia from Hawaii and from Alaska. It was very cool! In the first section of the museum there are these feather headdresses. I loved them! And guess what I said to my mother… That would be broken in one day! But the anthropology museum had a lot of cool artifacts and displays that I really liked. I think it was very educational! Enjoy the pictures!

At the paleontology museum we saw elephant, horses and a whale skeleton. We watched a slide show about the bottom of the ocean.

On Wednesday we went to the Hospital of the Innocents. This was an orphanage for thousands of children. Many of the children were left with objects to connect with their families.

I have not posted about food here. You can see food pictures on our Instagram page @thestaircasechronicles that my mother posts, but I have to share with you the best pancakes I have ever had. We went to Rooster’s Cafe and my pancakes had sparkly syrup!

Tomorrow we are going to Venice. We are going on a boat to Murano to see glass blowing. We also go to Burano where lace is made. I am excited to take a water taxi too.
